Beka Rent A Car, a leading vehicle rental service, is excited to announce an opening for a Secretary position in our dynamic team. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support. This position is available at both our Jounieh and Bouar branches.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule and confirm rental bookings, ensuring a seamless rental experience for our clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental agreements, customer interactions, and financial transactions.
Collaborate with the team to enhance the efficiency of office workflows and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and email.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
